Nigeria international Paul Onuachu has been named Belgium 2020/2021 best player and golden boot winner.
Onuachu scored a stunning 33 league goals for his club Genk and helped them finish as runners-up of the Belgian Super League.
His impressive display and ingenuity earned him the best player award.
The 26-year old is the first-ever Nigerian player to win the award.
Onuachu joined Genk in the summer of 2019 and was on target 10 times for the club while registering 35 strikes in all competition in his second season which earned him a one-year contract extension in September.
The giant-height attacker is absent from the ongoing African Cup of Nations due to injury but has always been committed to the Super Eagles squad when invited.
