Napoli forward Victor Osimhen scored on his first start since November in his side’s 2-0 win over Venezia on Sunday.
The Super Eagles striker struck in the 59th minutes to give his side the lead.
Osimhen, 23, suffered a head injury in November and was expected to be sidelined for at least three months.
But the former Lille star fought his way back in December and was drafted into Nigeria’s AFCON squad.
The forward missed the tournament after testing positive of COVID-19 few days before the invitees hit camp in Abuja for preparations.
The match also saw Osimhen’s teammate in the National team Tyronne Ebuehi see red in the extra time of the game as Napoli claimed all three points with two goals advantage.
