Akwa United football club coach Kennedy Boboye has resigned from his post as the head coach of the reigning Nigeria Professional Football league Champions.
Akwa United media manager Mfon Patrick broke this news on the club’s official social media page.
Boboye took over from former National U17 cash John Obuh and led the team to a triumphant 2020/2021 Nigeria Football Football league season.
The reigning Champions have drawn five games with three defeats and four victories.
Akwa United are currently on the 8th position on the log having gathered 17 points from 12 games.
