Eddie Howe was named Newcastle United’s new manager on Monday, a month after the club was taken over by a Saudi-led consortium.
Steve Bruce, the former Bournemouth manager, left the Premier League club by “mutual consent” on October 20.
“Newcastle United are happy to confirm Eddie Howe’s appointment as the club’s new head coach on a deal until summer 2024,” the club said in a statement.
