Ghana Football Association has confirmed that four of their first will be missing their crunch World Cup qualifiers against the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Friday.
Ghana will be hosting Nigeria at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on Friday in the first leg of the double-headed clash and several names have been mentioned that will not take part in those fixtures.
Andre Ayew has been suspended due to his red card in the just concluded Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon and former Chelsea left-back Baba Rahman is ruled out due to injury.
Benjamin Tetteh is also suspended and Jordan Ayew who missed Crystal Palace’s 4-0 FA Cup win over Everton on Sunday is also ruled out.
Nigeria will visit Kumasi on Friday for the much-talked-about encounter and they also have their own share of stars who will be missing including Alex Iwobi, Paul Onuacho, Wilfred Ndidi, Taiwo Awoniyi, and many others will also miss the clash.
