Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson has been told by boss Ralf Rangnick that he can’t leave the club just yet.
The England man has been asking for more game time or quit the theater of Dreams but his coach has blocked his move away from the club.
“A couple of weeks ago he asked me [if he could leave] but I told him I’d rather have him stay until the end of the season,” Rangnick said after United’s 1-0 FA Cup third-round win over Aston Villa.
The 24-year old has been out of favour under Rangnick and has asked to be let go to secure first-team football that will take him back to the England National team.
But United has shown great desire to keep him but the current form of David De Gea still keeps him on the bench.
Henderson was not named in the United team that knocked out Aston Villa in the third round of the FA cup and speculation on his move still continues.
