The League Management Company (LMC) has released a date for the resumption of the 2021/2022 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
According to a statement released by the body, the 2021/2022 season is scheduled to resume on Friday December 17, 2021.
The matches are scheduled to take place at different centres with the Match of the week being Kano Pillars travel to Uyo to visit Akwa United.
New comers Gombe United will host follow new comer Shooting stars while the other new team Remo Stars will travel to face Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries.
Enyimba will host the Abia derby in the first day of the league while Lobi Stars will host Rivers United in another epic game of the opening day fixtures.
