Former Akwa United forward Utibe Archibong started for Shooting Stars as well as Anietie Uko who played his first league game in Uyo against Akwa United in his debut season as an NPFL player.
The win takes Akwa United to 8th on the log, sale points (32) with Enyimba Football Club who are 7th only by a superior goal difference.
