Nigeria Professional Football League side Heartland FC Of Owerri have on Saturday appointed former Super Eagles home-based assistant coach Onuh Olottah as the new head coach of the team.
Olattah replaced Hassan Abdullah who resigned from his role after a humiliating 4-0 defeat by Shooting Stars.
Heartland is on 19th on the log, having gathered just seven points from 10 games, less than an average one point per game.
Heartland host Gombe United in their matchday 11 fixture in Owerri and it appears Hassan’s assistant will be in charge for the coming game pending the Club’s announcement.
