Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen was again the man to salvage his club Napoli when it matters most as he scored the only goals in their 2-1 win over Udinese in the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Saturday.
In the wake of scoring Napoli’s only two goals against Hellas Verona on Matchday 29, the 23-year old scored another brace to help Napoli consolidate their second spot on the log.
Napoli are second on the log with 63 points behind leaders Milan who are better than the Naples-based side only on three points.
Osimhen took his goal tally to double figures for the second successive season after scoring his 10th and 11th league goals of the season.
The young and energetic forward is expected to lead the line for his country Nigeria when they visit Ghana in a crunch World Cup qualifying tie in Kumasi on Friday.
