Paris St Germain defender Sergio Ramos has vowed to stop his former club Real Madrid at the UEFA Champions league round of 16.
The veteran defender who moved from Madrid to Paris on a free transfer barely few months ago has already pledged his allegiance to his current employers and is willing to let go his emotions for his former club.
“Fate is capricious. I would have liked to face another team. You know the love and affection I have for Real and their supporters. Today, I am a PSG player. I will do my best to qualify. “
Ramos spent 16 years at Madrid making over 450 appearances for the Los Blancos but has decided to fight against them.
Madrid were drawn to face PSG when draws were repeated and both clubs will slug it out against each other in February for a place in the quarter finals.
