Super Eagles forward, Umar Sadiq, scored what was the decisive goal for his side, UD Almeria, in the Spanish Segunda division on Sunday.
His goal leveled the scores for Almeria and earned them a title in the Spanish second division, with a promotion to top flight football.
The 25-year old equalised early in the second half after fellow Super Eagles teammate, Kenneth Omeruo, had put his side, Leganes, in front.
Sadiq scored his 18th league goal of the season. His club needed a draw to clinch the title, as well as seal promotion.
Sadiq has also provided nine assists this season, placing him second on the assist log.
He will be back with his teammates in the Spanish top flight football next season.
