The three-time African Champions will now play the best losers from either group B, E or F.
Group B has been settled with Malawi finishing 3rd with four points and already stand a chance of qualifying to the round of 16 as best losers.
Equatorial Guinea will play Sierra Leone in group E to find out who will be third and if they will make it to the knockout phase considering their total points tally.
The West African giants, Nigeria may likely okay Tunisia as they stay 3rd at the moment and will play the second-place Gambia and while Mali plays Mauritania who are without a point.
The Super Eagles will play Guinea Bissau by 2 pm Nigerian time to consolidate their stay at top of the group as Egypt battles Sudan for a place in the next round.
