Three students of Dowen College, Lekki Lagos are currently in police custody pertaining to their investigation into the death of Sylvester Oromoni junior, a 12-year-old college student.
Hakeem Odumosu, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, told Channels Television on Tuesday.
Three of the five students indicated by Sylvester before he died, according to Odumosi, are already in detention and helping with police in their investigation.
Despite the fact that Odumosu did not reveal the names of those detained, he emphasized that they are major suspects.
The command is preparing to conduct a post mortem on the body in Delta state to determine the cause of death, according to the police chief.
He stated that the conclusion of the probe into Sylvester’s death will pique the interest of police officials in both Lagos and Delta State.
