Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses could soon make his return to the National team after coach Augustine Eguaveon has hinted so.
Eguaveon who is a keen admirer of the former Chelsea star revealed on Monday his intentions to bring back the winger.
“Even Victor Moses. I will break the news. We want the best for the country. Victor Moses is someone I also adore and I have been looking for ways to get him into the team,” Eguavoen said.
“We have spoken, but he’s not part of this game but hopefully, as time goes on because we want the best. Whether we like it or not, I think Victor Moses will bring some value. But right now, he’s playing in that region (Russia), so that one is settled.” he added.
Moses currently ply his trade with Spartak Moscow in the Russian league and due t9 the war he might be on his way out of the club.
He formerly played for both Liverpool and Chelsea in the English premier league as well as West Ham including the title-winning squad for Inter Milan in the Serie A.
Moses played for the England U16, U17, U19, and U21 before choosing to represent Nigeria which he has made more than 35 appearances.
He may be recalled as Eguaveon really wants him to be part of his team.
